Personal and Commercial Usage Guidelines
After purchasing custom Art you have the permission to edit and/or repost the art with proper credit. Including the ability to use it personally.(wallpaper, profile picture, heavily referenced)After purchasing Pre-made Art you have permission to locally post it and use it personally.(wallpaper, profile picture, heavily referenced)Under No circumstances may you claim the art as your own, or use it commercially without consulting me about it.
Transactions and the Step by Step Explanation
The entire purchasing process will be explained to you and the shop can be accessed via the button below.after confirming your purchase, you will be charged through the card/account you hooked up, and I personally will package the items with care and send them to the given address. If the packaged goods don't arrive by the second time it is sent, I will have to decline the order entirely and we can settle into reimbursement through custom art.
Shipping Terms and Personal Data Usage
You will pay for shipping costs(keep in mind that shipping outside of the US may cost extra), for shipping internationally, packages may come in multiple envelopes.your credit card information, email address, home address, and billing address will only come in contact with a third party; I will not be able to see anything more thank a PayPal/Venmo account if you choose to pay with those methods instead. if that information is saved, I will ensure your privacy to not be shared with anyone.The site may ask for you to verify that you are at least 16 years of age or that a legal guardian consents to this purchase.If the package gets lost, stolen, or ruined upon delivery, You will provide proof in the following form linked on the main page "lost, stolen, damaged goods" with a picture of your receipt or the damaged items. this does not apply if the items are ruined 72 hours after it has arrived
